Micro Fat Injection

From basic grafting to smaller lobule (microfat), nanofat and adipose-derived stem cell (nanofat) injection, facial fat transfer procedures have advanced. These novel strategies aim to overcome the early limitations of face fat transfer while meeting expanding demand and learning more about the function of volume loss in facial aging.

Micro fat grafting is a minimally invasive cosmetic technique intended to restore facial volume and youthfulness. This technique is done under local anesthetic and can be utilized to address a variety of issues. As fat is extracted from one part of the body, it can be harvested and replaced in another. Because the cells utilized are all from the patient’s own body, there is no chance of an adverse reaction, and the results are natural and beautiful.

The first step is to use a local anesthetic to remove fat from an area such as the thighs, abdomen, or buttocks. A tiny cannula carefully removes fat cells in order to preserve them for the grafting procedure.

The fat cells that have been extracted are then thoroughly examined.

The extracted fat cells are then carefully gathered in order to be injected into another location of the body. Fat cells are injected into grafting regions using a tiny needle positioned just beneath the skin’s surface. Local anesthesia may also be utilized to ensure patient comfort throughout the grafting procedure.
